• MN PT License
• MN Background Study
• 1+ years of Ortho and Rehab experience

Job Details

• Outpatient, inpatient, and home care physical therapy evaluation and treatment
• PTA supervision
• No LTC
• Floating limited to Therapy, with possible float to other locations
• 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with some flexibility, Monday–Friday
• Minimal weekend and holiday coverage required
• All clinicians must badge in and out at the facility
• Scrubs or business casual attire accepted

Unit / Department

• Nice outpatient department with wellness center
• 15-bed hospital

Additional Notes

• Must be disclosed in submission if the clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health; if previously worked there, there must be an end date at least 6 months before submission
• EPIC charting is used
• Training for EPIC is provided as needed
