Physical Therapist - Inpatient

Location: Coeur d'Alene, Idaho
Employment Type: Contract Clinician
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 10-hour Days
Hours per Week: 40

Job Summary

• Evaluate and assess the needs of referred patients and develop treatment plans.
• Provide therapy services as outlined in treatment plans.
• Collaborate with medical staff, case managers, social workers, and adjusters.
• May supervise physical therapy assistants and aides.
• Perform various tasks requiring creativity and professional judgment.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Competent to meet age-specific needs of the assigned unit.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of a nationally accredited school of physical therapy.
• Current Idaho Physical Therapy License.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to maintain standing and/or sitting positions for extended periods.
• Use of typical clinical equipment.
