Overview

  • Travel RN role in Asheville, North Carolina
  • 36 hours per week
  • 13-week contract

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in North Carolina
  • Post Partum experience with 2 years of experience
  • Post Partum experience within the last year
  • BLS
  • NRP
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred

  • Travel experience
  • Caring for patients on Magnesium Sulfate post delivery
  • STABLE certification

Unit Details

  • Mother Baby unit
  • 34 private couplet rooms
  • Patient ratio: 1:3-4 couplets
  • Weekends required
  • No call shifts

Responsibilities / Unit Activity

  • Circumcisions

Floating

  • May float as helping hands to L&D and NICU

Work Environment

  • Team player
  • Loves to teach
