Contract Length: 13 weeks

Shift: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM)
Weekend Requirement: 2-3 weekends per contract
On-call: Yes, as needed
Floating: No floating outside scope of practice
Locals accepted, no radius restrictions
Must have active Illinois license prior to start (no pending licenses accepted)
Must be physically present in Illinois 3 business days before start for fingerprinting compliance
Electronic charting system: Cerner

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist, with experience within the last year
Experience with Cerner electronic charting system
Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and ARRT or RCIS

Active Illinois license required
ACLS (AHA or RQI acceptable)
BLS (AHA or RQI acceptable)
ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)

Background checks including criminal, sex offender, EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG, and state-specific searches required within 30 days of start
Physical exam within 1 year of start, including labs scheduled/completed within 7 days of contract signing
Fit mask test required prior to start (specific mask types accepted)
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
Immunizations or proof of immunity required for: Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella
9-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
Flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required annually by November 30
Competency exam required before start
References: 2 professional references required
Badge photo required before start
Completion of computer-based learning modules before orientation

Guaranteed hours subject to client call-offs (up to 36 hours per 13-week assignment without pay)
Block schedule requests can be discussed with manager
Return-to-office restrictions ideally no more than 5 days
