Overview
- Travel/contract role in Madison, Wisconsin
- Day/evening schedule: Monday–Friday, 4x10-hour shifts
- No weekends or holidays
- Rotating day off each week
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Outpatient Surgery experience within the last year
- 2 years of Outpatient Surgery experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS), issued by the American Heart Association
- Experience in an Ambulatory Care or Inpatient setting
- OR circulation experience
- OR Circulate experience
Schedule
- 10-hour shifts
- Start/end time: 6:40 AM–5:10 PM

- Background check
- Wisconsin caregiver screening
- Wisconsin BID form

- 2 clinical references within the last 3 years
- Skills checklist
- Employment and health documentation required before start
Health Requirements
- TB screening and TB questionnaire
- MMR immunity or vaccination documentation
- Varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
- Hepatitis B documentation or declination
- Seasonal flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
- Drug screening
- Physical exam
- Fit mask completed onsite
Additional Notes
- National certification is preferred for OR Tech/Surgical Tech roles, but not required
- No weekends or holidays are scheduled
