Registered Nurse – Med/Surg/Telemetry

Overview

• Travel/contract role in Lebanon, Indiana
• Start date: ASAP
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Day shift: 3x12 hours, 6:30 AM–6:00 PM
• Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
• Patient ratio: 1:5

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Indiana
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience)
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• PALS issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS

Schedule / Assignment Expectations

• Minimum 3 weekends in a 6-week period
• May be placed on call
• May be floated based on unit or hospital needs
• If called in for a shift, the traveler must pick up another shift to make up the call-in
• No more than 5 days of requested time off

Preferred Experience

• Ambulatory experience
• Med/Surg experience preferred
