Level 3 NICU
Float assignment may include PICU and general pediatric floors with patients under 2 years old
Every 3rd weekend required

Meditech is used for documentation
Omnicell is used, with transition to Pyxis planned
The role is in a free-standing children’s hospital
Government-issued photo ID and Social Security card are required
Background check, drug screen, physical exam, TB screening, Tdap, flu vaccination, and proof of immunity or vaccination for MMR, hepatitis B, and varicella are required
Two clinical references are required
