Valid Rehabilitation Therapist license in Alaska
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Rehabilitation Therapist, including experience within the last year
Experience working with pediatric patients
Experience in outpatient and rehabilitation settings
Physical Therapist experience
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
