Job Opportunity: Technologist - Computed Tomography (CT)
Location: Madison, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Temporary
Shift: Afternoons
Hours per Day: 8
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Provide professional and clinical knowledge and skills in patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
- Workweek typically 36-40 hours; overtime billable after 40 hours.
- Use of EPIC electronic medical record system.
- Orientation schedule provided.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in the specialty; 2 years preferred.
- Experience with GE CT machines required.
- IV skills and experience with Bayer injectors required.
- At least 1 prior travel contract completed.
- Valid state license for Technologist.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must not have been employed by this employer within the last 12 months.
- Profile must include:
- Work history/resume.
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year.
- License verification.
- Copy of required certifications.
- One supervisory reference at time of submission.
- Must have a taxable address located more than 50 miles from the facility (exceptions apply for Madison with a rate adjustment).
Additional Information
- Call back and on-call pay multipliers apply.
- Charge/preceptorship pay available.
- Facility includes multiple trauma center levels in the region.
- OT and holiday pay multipliers apply as per policy.
This position is ideal for a CT Technologist with prior travel experience seeking a temporary assignment in a hospital setting with afternoon shifts.
