Job Opportunity: Technologist - Computed Tomography (CT)

Location: Madison, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Temporary
Shift: Afternoons
Hours per Day: 8
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Provide professional and clinical knowledge and skills in patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
• Workweek typically 36-40 hours; overtime billable after 40 hours.
• Use of EPIC electronic medical record system.
• Orientation schedule provided.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in the specialty; 2 years preferred.
• Experience with GE CT machines required.
• IV skills and experience with Bayer injectors required.
• At least 1 prior travel contract completed.
• Valid state license for Technologist.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must not have been employed by this employer within the last 12 months.
• Profile must include:

  • Work history/resume.
  • Skills checklist completed within 1 year.
  • License verification.
  • Copy of required certifications.
  • One supervisory reference at time of submission.
• Must have a taxable address located more than 50 miles from the facility (exceptions apply for Madison with a rate adjustment).

• Call back and on-call pay multipliers apply.
• Charge/preceptorship pay available.
• Facility includes multiple trauma center levels in the region.
• OT and holiday pay multipliers apply as per policy.
