Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Wisconsin
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS
1 year of rehabilitation experience
Rehabilitation experience within the last year
Med Surg experience
Skilled Nursing experience
Does not accept local candidates

Facility Notes

Acute inpatient rehabilitation setting serving adults with high-acuity rehabilitation needs
Patient ratio: 1:7
Float requirement: Not currently, but may be required to float to a satellite inpatient rehab facility within 20 minutes in the near future

Additional Details

Nurses are expected to assist CNAs and respond to call lights for patient safety
Mandatory 30-minute unpaid break each shift, with two 15-minute paid breaks on 12-hour shifts
