Overview

Staff RN responsible for providing direct patient care, completing assessments, developing and updating care plans, documenting nursing care, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team. This role is in a float pool setting and includes floating to various inpatient units.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Illinois
Float (1 year of experience)
Float experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Trauma 1 experience
Experience with Epic

Additional Role Details

Float pool role with assignments to various inpatient units, including Medical-Surgical, Oncology, Orthopedic, Advanced Care, and ICUs if applicable
Trauma 1 experience
Epic experience
Unit Nurse Leader Training as needed
Precepting responsibilities may be required
