Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Position
Location: Sacramento, California
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Work in a 52-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital focused on intensive, patient-centered rehabilitation.
- Provide specialized treatment for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
- Deliver approximately 6 hours of treatment per day to 4-5 patients.
- Utilize Cerner EHR system.
- Patient population includes traumatic brain injury (TBI), spinal cord injury (SCI), and orthopedic trauma cases.
Work Schedule
- Shift: Days
- Weekly Hours: 36-40 hours
- Weekend Hours: PTA works a Friday–Tuesday schedule; OT and SLP rotate weekends every 2-3 weekends (no weekend requirement for PT specified).
- No call requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in California
- Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- Experience in an Acute Care setting
- Experience in a Rehabilitation setting

- No float requirements.
- No scrub color requirement.
- Report time: 8:00 AM.
