Job Overview

Travel assignment in Winchester, Virginia
Specialty area: Ultrasound Radiology
Setting includes ED, inpatient, and labor & delivery

36 guaranteed hours per week
Shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM
Weekend requirements: none

Dress code: Caribbean Blue scrubs

Required Qualifications

Ultrasound Technologist with 2 years of experience
Ultrasound Technologist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ARRT
Experience working with Neonate patients
Experience working with Infant patients
Experience working with Pediatric patients
Experience working with Adolescent patients
Experience working with Adult patients
Experience working with Geriatric patients

Clinical Experience Needed

Experience with neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
Competency in general imaging ultrasound, venous extremity studies, neonatal head, and limited OB biophysical profile procedures

Pros

Everyone has been very helpful and kind. The hospital is clean and pretty easy to navigate to rooms and floors. It's in a good location.

Cons

Not a whole lot of short term homes for rent but some nice hotels and rooms for rent. Not a lot of things to do during off time but DC and Shenandoah Park are a short drive. So are a lot of caverns.
