Role Summary
13-week contract assignment for Psychiatric RNs in the adult unit. Night shift.
Location
Quincy, Illinois
Schedule
- 12-hour shifts
- 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Illinois
- Psychiatric experience with 2 years of experience
- Psychiatric experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Unit Details
- Adult unit
- Two adult units:
- Adult Psychiatric Services (APS): 16-bed secure inpatient behavioral health unit
- Behavioral Medicine Services (BMS): 10-bed unit
Additional Assignment Details
- Average adult unit length of stay is 5 to 7 days
- Both adult units are located in Blessing Hospital Moorman Pavilion
- Private and semi-private rooms
- Private bathrooms
- Multiple activity rooms
- Group rooms
- Comfort Room
- Outdoor recreation space
- Meals, snacks, and therapeutic activities and groups
- Discharge planning support is provided
