Surgical/Trauma ICU RN

Overview

Travel/contract RN assignment in Charlottesville, Virginia
13-week contract
Nights
36 or 48 hours per week
Every other weekend
Must work 2 of the 3 winter holidays
Block scheduling cannot be accommodated or guaranteed
Can approve 40 hours for time off

Unit / Setting

Surgical/Trauma ICU
Fast-paced 15-bed intensive care unit
Level 1 facility
Adult surgical and trauma critical care patients
Must adhere to float policy

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Virginia
SICU - Surgical Intensive Care (1 year of experience)
SICU - Surgical Intensive Care experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications

BSN preferred; ASN required if no BSN
