Schedule and work expectations
- The facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s.
- Weekend work is not required.
- On-call is not required.
- Block scheduling is not available.
- First-time travelers are accepted.
- Local candidates are accepted.
- The traveler is expected to have their own transportation.
- The role may involve visiting up to 6 patients per day.
Required qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Oregon
- Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
- 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Experience in a Home Health setting
- Experience with OASIS

Work environment
- 1:1 patient ratio
- Occasional travel radius of roughly 60 miles per day
- Business casual attire; scrubs are allowed but not required
