Overview

Travel/contract role in Charleston, South Carolina
Day shift: 3x12s, 6:30 AM–7:00 PM
On-call required: 4–6 call shifts per 4 weeks
Holiday call may be required
Contract length: 13 weeks
Local candidates accepted on a case-by-case basis if within 60 miles

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in South Carolina
OR - Operating Room (2 years of experience)
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Ability to circulate General Surgery cases including Surgical Oncology, Colorectal, MIS (DaVinci), Plastics, Endocrine, Pancreatic/Biliary, and Bariatrics
Ability to scrub General Surgery cases including Surgical Oncology, Colorectal, Pancreatic/Biliary, MIS (DaVinci), Plastics, Endocrine, and Bariatric cases

Additional Notes

RTO must be submitted at time of application; approval depends on department needs
Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
Travelers may be assigned to hurricane-season emergency response teams
Parking is available for a $20 registration fee for a garage hang tag; additional parking fees may apply outside the garage
