Shift Details

• Day shift, 3 shifts per week
• 12 hours per shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
• Total 36 hours per week

Job Description

• Requires 2 years of Registered Nurse experience (higher experience requirement applies)
• Previous travel experience strongly preferred
• Float position supporting multiple units including:

  • ER hold
  • Overflow units
  • Adult and geriatric psychiatric units
  • Inpatient rehab units
• Provide direct patient care and leadership within the nursing team
• Utilize nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Collaborate with healthcare team to promote evidence-based care and a healing culture

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Arkansas
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Minimum 1 year of telemetry experience within the last year
• Acute care experience
• Stepdown experience
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
