Pros

Staff is very kind, friendly, and appreciative Scheduling is very fair (honored my request to put my shifts together)

Cons

Live close to the hospital-traffic is an issue Regardless of your speciality, travelers are used as a float pool. By which I mean 1-2 floats a week, no orientation to the new unit. Peds/NICU floats to adult floors as a helper. Unit orientation itself is 1 shift You cannot put in any schedule requests that aren’t in your contract
