RN Case Manager

Overview

Travel assignment in Winchester, Virginia
2 openings
36 guaranteed hours per week
Contract length: 13 weeks
Start dates: January

Schedule

8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 5x8s
Weekend coverage may be required; every other weekend
On-call may be required
No block scheduling

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Virginia
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
2 years of case management experience
Case management experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Experience with Epic

Work Setting

Float within care management
Patient mix includes Medicare, Medicaid, commercial, and unfunded patients
EPIC experience required

Additional Notes

Candidates must be well qualified with all required experience
Holiday time off may be requested, with up to two days considered
