Job Opportunity: PCU Registered Nurse

Location: Greensboro, North Carolina
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Shift: Nights, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Schedule: Every other weekend and holidays as needed
Floating: Required as needed
Patient Focus:
- Primary: Cardiac patients (Congestive Heart Failure, rule-out myocardial infarction, Acute Coronary Syndrome, Arrhythmias)
- Secondary: Respiratory issues (COPD, pneumonia)
Common Diagnoses: Heart Failure, Respiratory Failure, NSTEMI, COPD, Pneumonia

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in North Carolina
Minimum 2 years of Telemetry PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience, with at least some experience within the last year
ACLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
