Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in the specialty
Previous travel experience
Certified sterile processing technician certification through HSPA or CBSPD

Additional Notes

Valid photo ID is required
2 references within the last 3 years
Application must include 7 years of employment history and explanations for gaps greater than 30 days
Skills checklist required prior to start and updated annually as applicable
Physical exam required within 12 months of start
Drug testing required within 30 days of start
TB screening documentation is required
Immunization or declination documentation is required for COVID-19, flu, MMR, hepatitis B, Tdap, and varicella
