Job Overview

Location: Oakland, California
Employment type: Travel/Contract

Shift: Day, 5x8 hours
Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday
Start time: 9:30 AM, flexible to 9:00 AM if needed
Setting: Acute rehabilitation

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in California
Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Experience in an Inpatient setting
Experience in an Acute Care setting

Full 7-year work history in the application, including city and state for each location, with no gaps
Employment gaps over 30 days must be explained
Background check and related screenings required before start
Pre-start health screening and immunization documentation required
