Required Qualifications
- Illinois RN license in good standing
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum 3 years of relevant nursing experience
- ASN

Role Overview
- Provides direct nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process
- Completes patient assessments and develops care plans
- Implements and updates nursing interventions and care procedures
- Maintains accurate nursing documentation
- Reports or corrects safety hazards and incidents
- Communicates with team members to resolve issues
- Supports peer development and identifies personal learning needs
