Location: Tacoma, Washington
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Unit: Operating Room (OR)
Number of suites: 11
Cases per day: 30-40
Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), Friday through Sunday, no call
Hours per week: 36 (12 hours per day)
Floating: Required to float to another unit (Walters)
Orientation: Unit/Department specific orientation provided
Scrub color/dress code: Hospital scrubs provided

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience
Trauma experience required

Active Washington State RN license (pending license acceptable; temporary license takes ~4 weeks)
BLS certification required
Experience with Epic electronic medical record system required
COVID-19 vaccination required

Additional Information

Charge Nurse and Manager roles present on unit
No call responsibilities during scheduled shifts
