Location

Zanesville, Ohio

Assignment Details

Contract length: 13 weeks
36 hours per week
Night shift: 7p - 7:30a
Every third weekend required
No call requirement
Start date available: November 16th

Unit / Float Scope

Primarily on the Medical Surgical/Observation units
May float occasionally between Med-Surg units including Surgical, Respiratory, Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, and Observation

Required Qualifications

Valid LPN / LVN license in Ohio
LPN / LVN (2 years of experience)
LPN / LVN experience within the last year
BLS
IV certification
Experience in an Acute Care setting
Current Epic EMR proficiency
Ability to read Telemetry

Notes

Refresher classes or 1:1 support for Epic proficiency are not options
Competency in Telemetry will be tested on day one
