Required Qualifications
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Valid RN license in New Mexico
- ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- PALS issued by American Heart Association
- TNCC or ATCN
Preferred
- CPI or equivalent
Work Setting / Expectations
- Floating required during low census as helping hands
- Voluntary on-call
- Exposure to infectious diseases and x-rays
- Must be able to handle emergency/crisis situations and perform prolonged standing, walking, lifting, pushing, transferring, reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching
- Requires manual dexterity, fine motor coordination, and normal or correctable hearing and visual acuity
