Key Responsibilities

• Provide home health occupational therapy services
• Manage a caseload of about 4–5 patients per day
• May visit up to 6 patients per day depending on territory
• Complete timely communication and documentation
• Use provided documentation tools and return them at the end of assignment
• Travel within territory as needed, with an occasional maximum radius of 100 miles
• Arrange own transportation

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Washington
• Occupational Therapist (1 year of experience)
• Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Experience in a Home Health setting
• Driver's License
• Experience with Homecare Homebase
• Experience with OASIS

• Productivity standard is 27–30 points based on territory
• Background, health, and onboarding documentation are required before start
