Physical Therapist Job Opportunity

Location: Prescott Valley, Arizona
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• Specialty: Physical Therapy
• Setting: Acute Inpatient and Outpatient
• Patient Volume: 8-10 patients treated per day
• Common Diagnoses/Patient Types: General orthopedics, neurology, BPPV, vestibular disorders, falls
• Shifts: Day shift, typically 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM
• Hours per Week: Approximately 36 hours
• Weekend and holiday requirements: Weekend schedule will be specified; no holiday work required
• Orientation: Department-specific orientation including environment, processes, and EMR training

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems

Additional Information

• May work with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehab Aides
• Dress code currently has no specific scrub color requirement (subject to change)
