Location: Grand Junction, Colorado
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to help patients develop, recover, or maintain daily living and work skills.
Support participants in achieving optimal independence, safety, and quality of life through therapeutic interventions aligned with interdisciplinary care plans.
Work primarily with elderly and frail populations.
Participate in a program providing comprehensive, coordinated, whole-person care to seniors to help them live safely in their homes.

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Colorado, maintained throughout employment.
Current registration as an Occupational Therapist by the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist, including experience within the last year.
Experience working with geriatric patients.
