Facility & Unit Overview

Inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital with 50 beds
Patient population: Rehabilitation patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
Patient ratio: 1 nurse to 8 patients
Electronic Health Record system: Cerner

Position Details

Specialty: Rehabilitation Nurse
Number of openings: 1
Shift: 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM (overnight)
Weekly guaranteed hours: 48
Weekend hours: Same as shift (6:45 PM to 7:15 AM)
Call requirements: None

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
Minimum 1 year of rehabilitation nursing experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Basic computer skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
Current BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with nurses or LPNs in rehabilitation settings
