Travel assignment
Backfill role
7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
48 hours per week
Contract length: 13 weeks

Unit Snapshot

39 beds
Patient ratio: 1:4
Staffing on the floor includes one unit secretary and 2-3 techs
Floating: ER hold unit while at capacity, rare during summer months
Documentation system: MediTech

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Florida
ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
ACLS
BLS
Crisis Prevention Intervention Training (CPI)
PALS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Assist in intubation and emergency lifesaving procedures

Required Skills / Experience

Multi-task and throughput focused
Team work
Assist in intubation and emergency lifesaving procedures

Chest tubes
Moderate sedation
LP
Laceration repair
Blood products

Scheduling Notes

4-week schedule posts 2 weeks prior to start date
Preferred: three 12-hour shifts per week
