Overview

• Travel/Contract RN role in Largo, Maryland
• 13-week assignment
• Day shift: 3x12 hours, 7:30 AM–8:00 PM
• 36 hours per week
• Backfill role
• Unit setting: MS/Tele-ER Border
• Fast-paced, high-volume border role with ER, MS/T, and IMC border patient care within scope
• 46 rooms
• Average daily census: minimum 10 borders, up to 40 borders daily
• Patient ratio: 1:6
• Scrub color: Royal Blue

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Maryland
• Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Schedule Requirements

• Every other weekend required
• Holidays required as scheduled
• Floating required between ED borders and extenders to MS/T and IMC units within specialty and scope
• On-call not required
