Location: Riverdale, Georgia
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Provide safe, direct patient care in the Emergency Department using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
Responsible and accountable for patient care and communication with physicians regarding clinical changes and diagnostic results.
Respond quickly and accurately to patient condition changes or treatment responses.
Knowledgeable about EMTALA regulations and mandatory reporting of abuse.
Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia.
Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Department (ED) experience, with ED experience within the last year.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
Bloodborne Pathogens (BVP) training.
Workplace violence prevention training (MAB).
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
