Schedule

Day shift, 12 hours per day, 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Montana
• Long Term Care (1 year of experience)
• Long Term Care experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Relevant Experience / Skills

• Experience performing holistic nursing assessments, care planning, medication administration, IVs, and resident education
• Ability to manage urgent or emergent resident care situations
• Ability to supervise and evaluate CNA staff
• Physical ability to meet the role’s demands, including lifting over 100 lbs and frequent lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs

Role Focus

• Extended care nursing for residents
• Care coordination, documentation, discharge planning, and support of resident/family education
• Collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
