Registered Nurse — Med Surg/Telemetry

Location

• Kingman, Arizona

Contract

• 13 weeks
• 36 hours per week
• 12-hour day shifts

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license
• ACLS
• BLS
• At least 1 year of acute care experience
• EKG competency
• Meditech experience

Job Responsibilities

• Provide care for 5 to 6 inpatients with medical or surgical issues/procedures
• Float to med-surg remote telemetry units
• Occasional float to PCU if needed

Schedule

• Every other weekend or one weekend shift per week

Unit Details

• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 5-6:1
• Remote telemetry unit
• Navy blue dress code

Orientation

• 12 hours of non-billable orientation
• 2 to 3 shifts of floor orientation
• 8 hours of hospital orientation on a Monday

Additional Notes

• Local candidates are not accepted within a 50-mile radius
• Client may call off or cancel up to one shift per two weeks
