Nights: 6:45 PM–7:15 AM
Management provides scheduling
No block schedule or set patterns

Unit Overview

Inpatient rehabilitation unit with 15 beds
Typical patient ratio is 1:5
Charge nurse may take a modified assignment or a full assignment if needed
CNA support is staffed on the unit
No telemetry on the unit

Patient Population

Cares for patients recovering from major surgeries, strokes, and multi-trauma, with a focus on rehabilitation and functional improvement.

Required Qualifications

RN license
BLS certification

Experience

Med-surg experience is preferred, but not required.

Additional Requirements

Must be able to float to the inpatient setting when overstaffed
Weekend and holiday coverage required
Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving of 50+ lbs during shifts

Licensure Note

Non-Oregon licensed RNs may be eligible for a 90-day temporary license if their permanent license is not posted before the assignment start date.
