Registered Nurse — Med/Surg Telemetry

Overview

• Travel/contract position in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–07:30
• Contract length: 12 weeks
• First-time travelers accepted
• Floating is required within scope, including to sister facilities
• Local candidates are not accepted
• Pending state license is not accepted
• Block scheduling is not accommodated
• Local radius rule: 75 miles
• RTO limit: 5 days or less

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Oklahoma
• Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Driver's License

• Physical exam required
• TB screening required
• Seasonal flu vaccination or approved exemption required
• Fit testing required
• COVID vaccination is strongly preferred; declinations are accepted
• Must complete required pre-start acknowledgments and onboarding documents
• Must complete facility orientation and patient care orientation class
• Epic class is required if there has been no Epic experience within the last 6 months
