Registered Nurse (RN) — Emergency Room

Location: Coos Bay, Oregon
Employment type: Temp
Shift: Nights
Contract length: 13 weeks
Hours per day: 12

Role Summary

Provide nursing care within the RN scope of practice as defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing.
Apply the nursing process to patient care.
Teach patients and significant others.
Document patient care in the medical record.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate overall patient care.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oregon.
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
2 years of ED - Emergency Department experience.
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year.
Experience in an acute care setting.
ACLS (AHA) issued by the American Heart Association.
BLS (AHA) issued by the American Heart Association.
TNCC.
PALS (AHA) issued by the American Heart Association.
