Overview

Location: Issaquah, Washington
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Night, 3x12 hours
Weekly hours: 36
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Washington
ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
PALS issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Unit Details

Adult and pediatric emergency department, including ED holding, triage, and urgent care
Handles chest pain, shortness of breath, weakness, emergent, urgent, and non-urgent conditions, and injuries
20% pediatrics

Required Clinical Skills

Chest tubes, including setup and care
TPA
Breathing treatments
Trach care
RSI drugs
Cardioversion and defibrillation
Cooling and warming blanket use
LVAD/Impella
12-lead EKG acquisition
Rapid infuser
