10-hour day shifts
Call required: 4–5 times per month, including at least one weekend day
Weekday call runs from 1700 to 0630
30-minute callback time
Day off after call if able

Contract Length

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Florida
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
OR - Operating Room (2 years of experience)
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
ACLS
PALS
BLS
Robotics experience
Orthopedics experience
Urology experience

Preferred Qualifications

CNOR certification
Experience in specialties other than eyes, hearts, thoracic, and vascular

Role Summary

Scrub and/or circulate for operative procedures
Support admissions to the operative suite
Maintain aseptic technique
Coordinate intraoperative patient care with the surgical team
Serve as a liaison to patients, families, and the operating team
Prepare the operating room and ensure equipment and supplies are ready
