Description
American Traveler is hiring a Home Health RN Float for a 13-week assignment requiring an active MA RN license and prior home care case management experience.
Details
- Home health float position covering North Region towns including Boxford, Danvers, Hamilton, Lynnfield, Middleton, North Andover, North Reading, Peabody, Topsfield, and Wenham
- Day shift schedule from 08:00-16:30
- Weekend rotation required once every 6 weeks
- Ability to travel to patient homes across assigned cases
- Uses Epic for charting
- Uses UKG/Kronos for timekeeping
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required; conditional or pending licenses not accepted
- Both NURSYS and Board of Nursing verification required for license
- AHA-issued certifications only
- 1 year of Certified Home Care experience required
- 1 year of Case Management experience required
- Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
Additional Information
- Assess patient conditions, implement care plans, and provide ongoing education and support to patients and families
- Perform admission processes and case management duties in accordance with home care policies and standards
- Maintain thorough and timely electronic documentation and interdisciplinary communication
- Local candidates must reside within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston
- Parking at Boston locations is not validated; public transportation or paid public lots are available, ranging from $17-$22 daily
