RN Rehab

Overview

Travel RN position in Plano, Texas.
1 opening on the 1st Floor (Main Nursing Station).
Day shift.
36 guaranteed hours per week.
Every other weekend.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas.
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
BLS.
Rehabilitation experience within the last year.
2 years of rehabilitation experience.
Experience in an Inpatient Rehab setting.
Med Surg experience.

Preferred Qualifications

CRRN is preferred but not required.

Unit Details

40-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation unit.
Patient population includes rehab patients age 18 and older.
Common diagnoses/treatments include post-surgical hips, knees, stroke, and TBI.
Patient ratio is 6-7.

Float Scope

May float if needed to the main nursing station and North nursing station.

Additional Details

Cerner is used for the EHR.
Free parking is available.
Scrub color: Royal Blue.
Closed-toe, non-slip shoes required; no crocs.
