Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with at least 1 year of strong, recent experience and current VA or compact license for night shifts in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Position is for a CT Tech working primarily in a hospital environment
• Night shift schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 3x12 hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00
• Travelers may be required to float between Haymarket and Prince William Medical Center as well as within scope
• Epic EMR system is used, with a test-out option available
• RTO must be submitted before offer and cannot be changed after confirmation except in rare circumstances
• No more than 10 days of RTO are permitted per 13-week contract; avoid RTO during the first week of assignment
• Return staff must have 12 months between assignments, with case-by-case review possible under 1 year
• Locals are accepted at the same pay rate
• Travel experience is highly preferred

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent and relevant CT Technologist experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and ARRT (CT) certification required
• Active VA or compact license required; license required if applicable
• Epic charting experience is required
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of certifications, driver’s license, and social security card required for consideration
• Proof of flu vaccination or exemption required for consideration
