Job Opportunity – Labor and Delivery RN – California

Start Date: July 14, 2026
Location: Southern California
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour shifts; weekend rotation required (minimum every other weekend, may exceed based on unit needs)

Requirements:

• Minimum 1.5 years of Labor and Delivery RN experience required; 2+ years preferred
• Current California RN license (pending licenses not accepted)
• AWHONN Advanced certification (required – must have passed exam)
• ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications current and in good standing
• Epic EMR experience mandatory
• Demonstrated expert-level competency performing sterile vaginal exams independently without supervision
• Triage experience required
• Must be available for weekend rotation and flexible scheduling to meet unit demands
• RTO requests must be submitted at time of application
