Job Opportunity – Labor and Delivery RN – California

Start Date: July 28, 2026
Location: Southern California
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour shifts; every-other-weekend (may exceed based on unit needs); float to Mother Baby as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 1.5 years of recent Labor and Delivery RN experience (2 years preferred)
• Active RN license (pending licenses not accepted)
• AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification (required – hardstop)
• ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications current and in good standing
• Epic EMR experience required
• Demonstrated expert-level proficiency in sterile vaginal exams and triage – must be able to perform independently without supervision
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills in high-acuity obstetric care
• Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to unit scheduling needs
