<p>Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.</p>

<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
  <li>Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients with diverse medical conditions, including cardiac, neuro, and post-surgical cases.</li>
  <li>Administer and titrate intravenous infusions such as dopamine, dobutamine, and heparin according to physician orders.</li>
  <li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care delivery and optimal outcomes.</li>
  <li>Adapt to rotating assignments across various acuity levels and units, including ICU, PCU/Stepdown, and Med-Surg Tele.</li>
  <li>Participate in floating duties across different units within a 60-mile zone as per staffing needs.</li>
  <li>Utilize EPIC for charting and documentation to maintain accurate patient records.</li>
</ul>

<h2>Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
  <li>Current license as a Registered Nurse in good standing.</li>
  <li>Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.</li>
  <li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in PCU/IMC settings is required.</li>
  <li>Proficiency in managing and titrating cardiac and insulin drips.</li>
  <li>Experience with EPIC charting system is preferred.</li>
  <li>Available to work nights and a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.</li>
