It’s great there. Beautiful hospital and view from the windows. The kids are angels, and the staff were great as well!

Awesome colleagues, leadership issues, disorganized
Overall I loved it as a traveler. I worked in the OR. The doctors were mostly really cool. Lots of good, helpful people there. The issues were more with a lot of unfilled management positions or managers that did not understand their department. I was uncomfortable with the lack of experience of some of the staff - for a level 1 children’s hospital. Like many places, it seemed the higher ups were happy with a warm body and did not consider the differences between experienced and brand new nurses. But- very traveler friendly and a nice hospital
