The hospital doesn’t care about the nurses, managers will leave mid day even though the floor is drowning. The hospital got market raises, expect the WIS department. It’s busy and short staffed. Have to fight for decent pay

This hospital was horrible ER... I worked one shift. Had 2 ICU patients and 4 other patients. That's night. We worked short. It is UNSAFE. However, The nurses that's worked that night were very kind and helpful. I would give them a 5 star.amf BONUS because they NEED it!
